I agree/disagree to my swimmer's upgrade and commitments it entails.
Family Commitments:
  1. To train to the best of each swimmer's ability by attending all workout sessions in order to achieve goals.
  2. To maintain a positive physical and mental approach at all times.
  3. To compete at the highest level possible by attending meets which are appropriate based on the swimmer's ability.
  4. To always represent the high standards of SSMAC in a positive manner at all times including during training, at meets, and when traveling.
  5. To demonstrate respect for the coaches, pool staff and each other at all times.
  6. Parents agree to participate in officiating at home and away meets and to further their level of officiating by taking courses when offered.
  7. To achieve their swimmer's Fundraising commitment: Level 1 ($500), Level 2 ($400), Level 3 ($300), Level 4 ($200) and Level 5 ($200) through the club's annual Swim-a-thon, Raffle and various other fundraising activities.
  8. To pay fees for club membership as well as meet fees as required and on time.
  9. To participate in all home meets, including the acceptance of out of town billets.
  10. To deal with any issues or concerns by contacting the coach directly, or an executive committee member.
